Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Shipping & Discretion
Discretion is built-in to every step--from checkout to delivery--we only use plain, unmarked packaging with no text, logos, or any identifying marks of the contents to protect your privacy. See page about Shipping & Discretion.
Billing statements are discreet, listing only PlayWell or PlayWellStore on bank records. The packing slip and postal delivery paperwork do not do not reference product details. Your tracking information will be sent to your email on file as soon as your order ships. Read our Shipping Policy.
