SHIPPING POLICY

Overview

PlayWell ships with care, discretion, and clarity. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, along with important regional considerations for California, the United States, and international customers.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States (excluding Mississippi and Alabama, due to local laws) using a variety of reliable national carriers.

You may have multiple shipping offers presented to you at checkout. Standard shipping estimated delivery times (after processing):

Shipping rates depend on your shipping preference selection and shipping address. 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • 1-Day Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Discretion & Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging.

  • No logos

  • No product names

  • No identifying details about contents

Shipping labels and billing descriptors are intentionally neutral. Nothing about the shipment indicates the nature of the products inside.


Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes are calculated separately and displayed before you complete your order.


Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information (to the email provided at check-out) is provided once your order ships

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping information is accurate at checkout. PlayWell is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses.


Risk of Loss (U.S. & California)

In accordance with California law and applicable federal regulations:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier

  • If an order is marked delivered by the carrier, PlayWell is not responsible for loss or theft unless required by law

Delayed or Undelivered Orders (U.S. & California)

If your order is not delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout — or within 30 days if no timeframe is provided — you may request a refund in accordance with California and federal law.

If you choose to cancel an order due to excessive delay, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.


International Shipping (Including EU)

International shipping options may be offered on a limited basis.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and carrier

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

PlayWell does not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.


EU Customers (Important Notice)

If you are located in the European Union:

  • You may have additional rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws

  • Customs authorities may inspect shipments, which can affect delivery time

  • Import duties, VAT, or fees may be charged by your local customs office

PlayWell is not responsible for delays, fees, or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights provided under EU consumer protection laws.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout may be returned to sender or lost.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit shipping to certain regions

  • Cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to carrier or legal restrictions

If an order cannot be shipped, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
