Returning Intimate Items
A Little Heads-Up!
Your comfort and safety are kind of a big deal around here.
Because this is an intimate product, we cannot accept returns once it's been opened, unsealed, or used. So give your selection one last look, and keep the packaging sealed until you're sure it's the one for you.
Something arrive damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered? We've got you. Email Hello@PlayWellStore.com, and we'll help make things right.
You are amazing. No notes.

Materials & Care
All PlayWell products are made from body-safe materials selected for comfort, durability, and real-world use.
Clean before and after each use with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
Shipping & Discretion
Discretion is built-in to every step--from checkout to delivery--we only use plain, unmarked packaging with no text, logos, or any identifying marks of the contents to protect your privacy. See page about Shipping & Discretion.
Billing statements are discreet, listing only PlayWell or PlayWellStore on bank records. The packing slip and postal delivery paperwork do not do not reference product details. Your tracking information will be sent to your email on file as soon as your order ships. Read our Shipping Policy.
